One big Familj

IKEA Family is IKEA's loyalty program. As part of our CRM program, we were tasked with weekly emails, a microsite for members, creating exclusive member events and a digital acquisition campaign.

 

I was heavily involved with both creating assets and the oversight and mentorship of junior members creating assets. As the IKEA brand lead, I made sure all tactics were of the highest quality before being released to client.
